Hot Toddy outdoors with fire in the background

Spiced Honey Hot Toddy

There’s a drink for every season, but when the fire’s burned down low and the night air cuts sharp, nothing beats a hot toddy. Bourbon warms the chest, honey smooths the edges, lemon keeps it bright. But the real trick? Drop in a toasted cinnamon stick.

That stick carries spice and smoke at the same time, releasing it slow as you stir. What starts as a sip becomes a curl of steam and scent — sweet, woody, warm. It’s not just a drink, it’s a nightcap that lingers longer than the coals.
